Usually,the distilled beverages have flavourings and sugar added when they’re bottled.But most of the people don’t notice the difference between the liquor and the spirit.Distilation was produced in a different country on a different way.For instance in the Central Asia area drinks were distillated since the Middle Ages by freezing the drinks and then removing the ice.In the Medieval Europe the methods differed.Two of the most common ways of testing a drink were to burn a piece of clothing soaked in that drink and see if it’s not getting burned and to burn a spoonful without living nothing in it.The distilled beverages were cery popular among the 14th century and it was believed they had worked as medications to some diseases too.Then they were found new methods to distill drinks made from different ingredients,which made almost all drinks be distilled.
Distillation methods have changed a lot since then.One of the still used methods is the distillation by freezing the drink and removing the ice.They were found other plants,fruits and vegetables to replace the old ones and to make the process of making drinks less expensive.Modern filters have been built and they are capable of making the drink look and taste better at the endbby completely removing the residue and the unwanted things.That makes people drink now more spirits than they used to before and the marketing strategies are doing well their job because people are now very interested in these kind of beverages.In most of the countries selling distilled acohol without a license is illegal and also it si illegal to distill beverages without having a licence for this.The only country where these actions are legal is the New Zeeland.Another trend recently discovered,especially in the United States is the microdistiling.It is a smaller version of the normal distillation,and especially of the megadistillation.Distilled drinks have been made through many processes along the years and now have reached their best form.That is why more and more people preffer them.
